Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a board-certified nurse practitioner in Psychiatric Mental Health with a PhD in Nursing. I am passionate about helping adults and adolescents improve their mental health and emotional well-being. I offer personalized mental health services including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, brief supportive, cognitive, and behavioral interventions, and evidence-based complementary and alternative therapies based on the client's individual goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with clients experiencing mental health struggles (anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, sleep disorders, OCD, alcohol dependence, etc). Together, we explore concerns and challenges to develop an individualized treatment plan that aligns with your unique needs. Beyond psychiatric evaluations & medication management, I emphasize integrative therapies (mind management, nutritional/herbal therapies, genetic testing, behavior modification) to help you achieve mental wellness.

What you can expect from our first session

Everyone deserves good mental health! I am dedicated to providing my clients with a safe, nonjudgmental, trustworthy space that allows them to feel comfortable expressing their thoughts, challenges and goals to create meaningful change.
