Great to meet you!

I am a first generation Chinese Ecuadorian Queer Non Binary wounded healer of color who wishes to provide a healing experience/ process for anyone who is seeking to heal past traumas, break generational cycles, develop more awareness, strengthen their intuition and cultivate agency in their life to live out their fullest being.

My approach to therapy

I want to know your story to identify strengths that will support your journey. I desire to honor who you are to create space for you to discover your own practices to guide your healing. I hope to support the QTBIPOC and undocumented community especially.

What you can expect from me

Through a collaborative effort we will create an affirming and understanding environment to help you reach your goals. You will be invited to deepen your sense of self, build awareness and trust within yourself. Once you graduate you will have a wellness plan and practices that you can return to for future support.
