Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of experience supporting young adults, individuals, and the elderly in improving their mental health. I began my career as an inpatient psychiatry social worker, where I gained valuable experience that has since enabled me to transition into a full-time clinical therapist role. While I primarily use cognitive-behavioral techniques, I tailor my counseling approaches to meet each client’s unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I have professional experience assisting clients with anxiety, bipolar disorder, coping strategies, depression, grief, mood disorders, trauma, and PTSD. I focus on addressing each client's needs with calm, empathetic, and non-judgmental support. By employing a range of therapeutic approaches, I aim to help you uncover your strengths and true self. Our conversations and treatment plans will be customized to your individual needs. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and joyful life requires bravery, and I am here to guide and support you through that journey.

What you can expect from me

A successful session is defined by the client’s perspective. I believe that effective therapy helps clients feel they are progressing on their healing journey and making strides toward their goals. It leaves them feeling empowered and hopeful, confident that they are heading in the right direction. Ultimately, they should feel supported and motivated to keep pursuing their goals.
