Great to meet you!

I have been practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 20 years. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults. I have experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma and I am trained in EMDR. I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety as well as relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

I have an open approach to therapy and really listen to my clients. You know you the best. I utilize a systems approach in my work with individuals taking into account all areas of your life and how it is impacting you. I use a mind body approach in my work with clients

What you can expect from me

In your first session please feel free to ask questions and be prepared to share your thoughts and feelings about therapy. It is my hope that at the end of your first session you will walk away with atleast one concrete tool that will help provide some relief for you.
