Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California, offering both telehealth and in-person sessions. My practice is focused on supporting moms, both seasoned and brand new, as they navigate the postpartum period and motherhood. In addition, I also help individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, co-dependency and other mental health challenges that are rooted in childhood trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an approach of empathy and deep compassion as you process through some of life’s most difficult challenges. Clients come to me to gain deeper insight into themselves and their past experiences to help them gain confidence, break unhealthy patterns and make long-lasting change.

What you can expect from our first session

We will work together at your pace, as you learn strategies and tools to create a life where you feel more empowered, balanced, and connected. You don’t have to continue feeling alone and overwhelmed. I’ll meet you where you’re at on your unique journey and help you discover that "you are not what happened to you, you are what you choose to become."
