Amy Vestal Loveless

I am an LCSW with 15+ years of experience working with adults and older adolescents addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, and issues of adjustment/life stress. Additionally, I have a special interest in women's issues throughout the lifespan including reproductive and perinatal mental health, pregnancy/childbirth and related trauma.

I use a warm, friendly, client-centered approach to therapy. I mix tend to mix various strengths-based, trauma-focused approaches. I am currently training in Brainspotting and EMDR.
