Great to meet you!

Sometimes you need a perspective outside of your own circle to help you recognize the patterns holding you back. Most people are doing the best they can with what they’ve got but we all need a little push at times to get where we need to go. I’m here to give you that push. As our lives continue to unfold during these challenging times I’m available to provide you with a collaborative and judgment-free zone that sets aside the time and space you need to be able to heal and grow.

My approach to therapy

I’m a warm, spirited, and patient therapist whose goal is to enable people to find more balance and joy in their lives. My specialties include treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-management. I especially enjoy working with creatives, perfectionists, and those who struggle with self-compassion. I utilize the latest in evidence-based treatment (treatments that research shows gets results) that is uniquely tailored to each individual and their situation.

What you can expect from me

I want you to feel like you've got a safe space to explore those tricky parts of life we all have and to gain some insight and awareness. Many people need a guide to develop more (or any!) self-compassion, and I'm here for it. If you feel like I could be a good fit feel free to schedule your initial appointment and we'll talk soon. Until then take care!
