Great to meet you!

The complications of life can leave you unable to cope with your day to day responsibilities. There are seasons when the weight of anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and major life transitions are overwhelming. The good news is you do not have to maneuver through those challenges alone. I work collaboratively with clients to uncover the root of their struggles, develop healthy coping strategies, and build resilience. We will work to see past behaviors to the root issues that need to be address.

My approach to therapy

Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. My hope is to create a safe space where healing can flourish, hope can be restored, and you can move forward with renewed strength. It would be my privilege to walk alongside you as you pursue emotional wellness, personal growth, and, for those who desire it, a deeper connection with The Lord.

What you can expect from me

I have developed the ability to build strong rapport with clients, creating a safe, welcoming environment that fosters trust and a strong therapeutic relationship, I intentionally work at each client’s pace recognizing that healing cannot be rushed. Rather than pressuring individuals to discuss areas they are not yet ready to explore, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental, open-minded, collaborative space where clients can share as they feel comfortable and emotionally prepared.
