I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I have experience in providing therapeutic services to clients that struggle with Substance use disorder, gambling addiction, anxiety, depression, bipolar and mood disorders. I offer both in person and Telehealth sessions so that my clients can participate in therapy from the comfort of their home.

Life is hard but learning skills that help manage symptoms of depression and anxiety, strengthening communication and setting appropriate boundaries can make a big difference in how we function in day to day life. My approach is warm and friendly without any judgement. I want my clients to gain the most out of therapy in order to live their best life.
