Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Stress, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with women who feel stuck in their lives, unable to move past a trauma or intensely difficult time. I can help you move away from always feeling on-edge or shut down. I support you in reconnecting to yourself as you begin to find ease and safety within.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a mindfulness based approach that uses the body as an entryway into healing. We first connect with what feels good, at ease, or even just "okay" before diving into material with intense emotional charge. As you share your experience, we check back in with what's happening in the here & now.

What you can expect from our first session

Whether you're experiencing trauma, anxiety, or depression, together we will discover how the body is capable of healing, no matter how severe the challenges you've faced. I will help support you in reconnecting with your body and finding ease and safety within.
