Great to meet you!

Welcome. I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with Doctorate in Psychiatric Mental Health. Are you exhausted from anxiety, overwhelmed by life, struggling to focus, or feeling like you've lost yourself? You don't have to navigate it alone. I help adults and adolescents find relief from anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and emotional burnout through compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care.

I understand that seeking help can feel overwhelming. Whether you are struggling with persistent worry, sadness, difficulty focusing, emotional exhaustion, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, you do not have to face it alone. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

My approach is holistic, personalized, and evidence-based. I believe true healing occurs when we address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Together, we will develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, which may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle strategies, mindfulness, and other tools that promote lasting wellness.

While my practice is rooted in Christian values and faith-informed care is available for those who desire it, I warmly welcome individuals from all backgrounds, beliefs, and walks of life. Every person deserves compassionate care, respect, and the opportunity to heal.

I look forward to helping you take the next step toward becoming the healthiest version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and holistic. I believe that every individual is unique, and effective treatment begins with understanding the whole person—not just their symptoms. I take time to listen, build meaningful therapeutic relationships, and create personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, values, and lifestyle.

I combine evidence-based psychiatric care, medication management when appropriate, and practical strategies that support emotional, physical, and mental well-being. My goal is to empower clients with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to achieve lasting wellness and improved quality of life.

I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and valued. While faith-based principles can be incorporated for those who desire them, I welcome and provide care to individuals from all backgrounds and beliefs. Together, we work toward healing, resilience, balance, and hope.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where we take time to get to know one another. My priority is to understand your concerns, symptoms, personal history, strengths, and goals for treatment so that we can develop a plan tailored specifically to your needs.

We will discuss what has brought you to treatment, your mental and physical health history, current challenges, medications, lifestyle factors, and any questions or concerns you may have. I believe in listening carefully and ensuring you feel heard, respected, and involved in every step of the process.

By the end of the session, you will have a clearer understanding of your diagnosis, treatment options, and recommended next steps. Together, we will create a personalized plan that may include medication management, therapeutic strategies, lifestyle recommendations, and ongoing support designed to help you achieve greater emotional wellness and overall balance.
