Anxiety, Cultural & Ethnic Issues, Depression, Trauma, and Women's Issues

Great to meet you!

In my practice, I treat clients facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. I have personal and professional experience in working with Asian/Asian American and POC, such as acculturative stress, cultural and identity conflict, and other multicultural issues.

I also have spent years working with young adults at the college and post-graduate levels.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As your therapist, I want you to feel heard, supported and validated. I also want you to feel that you're getting something out of treatment. I offer a compassionate approach, while providing you with evidence-based practices to help you reach your goals in therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Working with me, you can expect to be seen and supported as a person and as a client. Our sessions together will be a safe space for us to build an alliance, address your concerns, and get you back to where you want to be.
