Great to meet you!

I believe healing happens in connection — when you feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow.

My practice is inclusive and affirming of all cultural, religious, sexual, LGBTQIA+, and neurodiverse identities, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing/growth can flourish.

I am a level 2 trained trauma trained professional who specializes in treating individuals (10+) couples and families.

Above all, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, accepted, and empowered to heal — a space where you can explore who you are and what you need, at your own pace and in your own way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, person-centered, and integrative — which means I tailor our work to fit you rather than fitting you into a specific model.

Being trauma-informed means I understand that everyone’s story carries layers of experience, and that safety, trust, and choice are essential to healing. I move at your pace, helping you reconnect with a sense of stability and strength as we explore what’s been hard or painful.

A person-centered approach means I see you as the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and respect — helping you uncover your own wisdom and capacity for growth.

Because every person and every story is different, I use an integrative approach, drawing from modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, parts work, and attachment-based perspectives. This flexibility allows us to find what best supports your unique goals, whether that’s managing anxiety, processing trauma, or deepening self-understanding.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect warmth, curiosity, and steady support. Sometimes therapy feels light and reflective; other times it can stir deeper emotions — both are part of the healing process. My goal is to create a space where all parts of you are welcome, and where change unfolds through understanding rather than pressure.

Over time, therapy can help you:

  • Understand and calm your emotions
  • Build self-compassion and confidence
  • Heal from past experiences
  • Strengthen your relationships
  • Feel more grounded and connected in your daily life
