Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Amy! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine, before becoming a nurse and later advanced my training as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I specialize in treating adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, burnout, and mood disorders. My goal is to provide compassionate, personalized care so you feel supported, understood, and confident in your treatment journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best care starts with listening. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized because no two people have the same experiences or goals. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that may include medication, lifestyle changes, and practical coping strategies to help you feel your best. My goal is for you to leave each visit feeling heard, supported, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to treatment. I’ll ask about your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and goals so I can better understand your unique situation. We’ll discuss possible treatment options, answer any questions you have, and work together to create a plan that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful.
