A bit about my approach to therapy

Everyone person is unique and so I aim to curate an approach that matches each client, drawing from approaches including CBT, gestalt, feminist, humanistic, and solution focused theories. I like to integrate positivity and humor (when appropriate) into therapy and believe intent truly matters.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to help each person grow and meet their individual goals, but also to assist in filling your toolbox with mechanisms that work as well as aiding you in understanding each tool so you can be as self-sufficient as possible.
