Specializes in

Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, and Stress

Great to meet you!

I treat anxiety, depression, loneliness, self-esteem, and relationship issues.

I believe that our relationships, past and present, have a great impact on our wellbeing starting from childhood. Memories can remain embedded in our unconscious and surface in ways of self-defeating thoughts and actions. My style of therapy allows the understanding of what is at the root of the problem. I help my clients gain insight into who they are so that they can live an authentic and intentional life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I bring curiosity and compassion to the treatment space, and the willingness to understand my clients’ experiences.

In addition to a Masters in Family Therapy, I have received training in multiple modalities including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Object Relations, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Clinical Hypnosis. Please note that I do not provide Freudian style psychoanalysis.

What you can expect from our first session

Using a complementary mix of therapeutic modalities that includes psychodynamic psychotherapy, I help my clients gain insight into who they are so that they can live a life of authenticity and with intention.

NOTE: I request that clients email me first prior to booking an appointment as my updated availability may not be visible.
