I am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. It has been over ten years since I stepped in psychology field. School, hospital, community, I have provided services in different types of setting and been interested in working with diverse population. From the east to the west of the world, I always looking for possibilities with human being.

My approach to therapy

Cognitive Therapy is the the core model I apply to practice. Depends on presenting issue, symptoms, current functioning, develop condition, personality style, and identified goal, tailoring complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a personalized approach. Moreover, modifying the approach throughout the therapy to fit each client’s status of process.

I specialize in psychosocial rehabilitation, assisting people to regain or develop internal/external system that better supports the unique life. Through collaborative process, people explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Furthermore, people are able to make own meaning choices and be responsible for them.
