Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychologist and a veteran, and I love working with people who are going through tough or transformational seasons—whether that’s healing from trauma, adjusting to new parenthood, or figuring out who you are in the middle of it all. I specialize in treating PTSD and supporting people through the emotional challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. Therapy with me is laid-back but meaningful—we’ll talk, we’ll get curious, and we’ll figure things out together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I often use therapies like Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and other trauma-focused treatments, but I always tailor our work to what you need in the moment. Whether we’re doing structured skill-building or just talking through what’s weighing on you, we’ll work together in a way that feels steady and supportive. I’ll bring the tools and clinical expertise, and you bring your lived experience—we’ll meet in the middle and figure things out together.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling more grounded, more aware of their patterns, and more in control of their emotions. You can expect a space that feels calm and steady, where nothing is too big or too messy to bring up. We’ll work toward goals that actually matter to you—whether that’s managing anxiety, healing from trauma, navigating parenting, or just feeling more like yourself again.
