I have a wide range of experience working with individuals across the lifespan and have worked in a variety of settings in the mental health field including outpatient community mental health, non-profit organizations, a local college campus counseling center, as well as school social work. I utilize modalities of CBT, DBT, Solution-focused therapy, Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness interventions, and play therapy techniques in sessions. [Spoiler alert: Play therapy is not just for kids!]

I specialize in (but not limited to) working with individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities, individuals with physical and acquired disabilities, individuals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis, as well as young adults navigating life transitions, college, and the overwhelming journey of “adulting.” Additionally, I have experience working with senior adults, caregivers and families of individuals with dementia, and caregivers of children with chronic medical diagnoses.
