Great to meet you!

Hello!

My name is Ana, and I am a bilingual licensed therapist based in Southern California. Born in Mexico and raised in Orange County, I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Over the past several years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, primarily within the county correctional jails. These experiences have strengthened my belief that everyone deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to be heard and understood.

I have worked with adolescents and adults of all genders, ages 13–70, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, and other personal struggles.

Whether you are seeking therapy for the first time or navigating difficult experiences, you are welcome here. My goal is to meet you where you are, without judgment, and work together toward healing and meaningful change.

I look forward to connecting with you.

My approach to therapy

You are the expert of your own life, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you explore the areas you’d like to understand, strengthen, or enhance. Together, we’ll create space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change. I may gently challenge you at times to encourage deeper reflection and new perspectives, while always meeting you with curiosity, compassion, and a non-judgmental stance. My goal is for you to feel heard and validated while also receiving honest, thoughtful feedback that supports your growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building trust and rapport. Starting therapy can feel both meaningful and challenging, so we’ll take things at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

We’ll talk about your experiences from your perspective, what brings you to therapy, and the areas where you’d like support.
