Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support can be a big step, and you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I believe therapy works best when we approach it as a collaboration. Your story is unique, and you are the expert in your own life.

I work with adolescents and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed by things like trauma, anxiety, stress, ADHD, or difficult life experiences. Together, we create a space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and begin exploring what healing and growth look like for you.

Clients often describe me as inquisitive, warm, and even a bit humorous, someone who helps them look at challenges from new perspectives while staying focused on solutions.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences at your own pace. Therapy is a collaborative process—we work together to explore your story, identify your strengths, and find practical ways to move forward.

I believe that your past experiences can offer important insight into where you are today, and together we can use those insights to uncover new possibilities for growth and change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for you to share your story and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals and what you’d like to get out of our work together.

You can expect a warm, welcoming space where you feel secure being yourself. From there, we’ll begin building a path forward—one that helps you better understand yourself, feel more confident navigating challenges, and move toward the life you want.
