Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you can be fully yourself while also working toward meaningful change. My background includes inpatient behavioral health and chronic pain management with adolescents and adults across the lifespan, as well as extensive experience in special education with neurodivergent individuals ages 11 to 22. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how people process and experience the world and the importance of seeing the whole person, not simply the challenges they face.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and practical. I draw from CBT, DBT-informed skills, behavioral approaches, mindfulness, and psychoeducation, adapting therapy to each person rather than expecting the person to fit a particular approach.

What you can expect from me

I offer a supportive and collaborative environment where we can explore what matters to you and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences. Our work together will be shaped by your individual needs and goals, with a focus on building a life that feels authentic and aligned with who you are.
