Great to meet you!

You may be the person everyone depends on, the one who keeps going and seems to have it together or maybe life has simply started to feel like too much. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin moving forward.

Hi, I’m a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with over 10 years of experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, career concerns, and life transitions. I’m a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, bringing added expertise to my work with anxiety and trauma. As a first-generation professional, I understand how family, culture, identity, and expectations can shape how we see ourselves and navigate the world. I strive to create a space where your experiences are welcomed, respected, and understood. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, with the option to use the language that feels most natural and comfortable to you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself and know that we’re working together toward what matters to you. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. Some days, you may need space to talk things through and make sense of what you’re feeling. Other days, we may explore different ways of approaching a difficult situation, improving communication, or understanding patterns that keep coming up in your life. I’ll be there to listen, offer support and perspective, and help you explore things in a way that feels useful to you. Together, we’ll focus on helping you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and make changes that feel meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, especially when you’re not sure where to begin. Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand what you’ve been experiencing and what you’d like to be different. You’ll also have time to ask questions and see if working together feels like a good fit. You don’t need to prepare or have the right words, we’ll take it from there together.
