Great to meet you!

I am a bicultural Latina clinical psychologist that focuses in supporting women navigating pregnancy and postpartum, fertility challenges, sleep concerns, and the emotional toll of health-related stress. I also work with women managing chronic health conditions who want compassionate, practical support.

Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and collaborative. My goal is to help you feel empowered, build resilience, and create meaningful change in your life.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is focused on helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and clear during challenging chapters of your life. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy or postpartum changes, fertility struggles, sleep difficulties, or the emotional impact of ongoing health concerns, my goal is to help you reduce distress, strengthen resilience, and feel more at ease in your body and mind.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be heard without judgment. My approach is collaborative and relational, centered on building a strong, trusting connection. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, thought patterns, coping strategies, and life experiences to better understand what’s holding you back and to create meaningful, sustainable change.

I primarily focus on women’s mental health, supporting clients through pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, infertility, miscarriage, and major life transitions. My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care, allowing therapy to be tailored to your unique experiences and goals.

As a bilingual, bicultural psychologist, I offer culturally sensitive care that honors your values, identity, and lived experiences. My aim is to help you feel supported and confident as you move toward greater balance, self-understanding, and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

From our first session, my priority is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing what you’re going through. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy—whether you’re navigating pregnancy or postpartum changes, fertility challenges, sleep concerns, health-related stress, or another important life transition—and clarify what you’re hoping to gain from therapy.

I’ll take time to understand your story, including your cultural background, values, health experiences, and the emotional challenges you’re facing, so our work together feels personalized and supportive. I’ll also explain how I work, answer your questions, and collaborate with you to create a treatment plan that feels realistic and aligned with your goals.

Whether you’re seeking support around women’s health concerns or coping with the emotional impact of ongoing health conditions, my aim is for you to feel understood, supported, and more hopeful from the very beginning.
