Great to meet you!

Hi! I am accepting new clients for the month of September both in person & online. My main focus areas are Grief, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, & ADHD. I am a Hispanic Bilingual therapist and see teens & adults. I have been working in the mental health field since 2020 in various settings such as psychiatric hospitals, community agencies, juvenile probation, shelters, and private practice. I love what I do; being of service to others, listening, understanding, and exploring together to find solutions.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, supportive space where you can slow down and explore what’s weighing on you. With evidence-based tools like CBT and mindfulness, I help individuals manage anxiety, stress, and depression. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally affirming, and always tailored to your unique story and goals.

What you can expect from me

You don’t have to navigate this alone. Therapy can be a place where you’re truly seen and supported while you reconnect with yourself. If you’re feeling burned out, anxious, or ready for a change, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. When you’re ready, let’s take that next step together.
