Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual, culturally competent, Latina therapist. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and low self-worth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, conversational, and individualized. I use EMDR, along with CBT, trauma-focused approaches, and practical coping and emotional-regulation skills to help clients process difficult experiences and understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I understand that everyone processes emotions, communicates, and experiences the world differently

What you can expect from me

You don't have to know exactly what to say or where to begin. Sometimes knowing that you don't want to keep feeling this way is enough. We can start there.
