Great to meet you!
I am a board-certified psychiatrist providing compassionate, evidence-based care for adults, with a focus on mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, OCD, trauma-related concerns, and women’s mental health. I’m fluent in English and Spanish and committed to culturally sensitive, patient-centered treatment. I completed my psychiatry residency through the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai – Elmhurst Hospital and Centerstone of Florida, followed by a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and have experience in inpatient, outpatient, and community mental health settings. My fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry deepened my understanding of how early experiences, neurodevelopment, and family dynamics shape adult mental health. This perspective allows me to address root causes, strengthen coping skills, and support meaningful long-term change with compassionate, evidence-based care across the lifespan.
