I'm a LMHC in Massachusetts with specialized training in OCD and anxiety disorders. I am fully bilingual (English/Spanish). My mission is to be of help to those going through difficult times specifically those who suffer from OCD and anxiety.
My approach is to get to know and the treat the person as a whole and not just the disorder. I have been trained in CBT for anxiety and the gold standard treatment for OCD thru ERP (Exposure and response prevention).
Clients can expect to learn how to manage their lives and significally decrease their anxiety and OCD symptoms so that these issues do not interfere with their daily lives.
