Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Ana, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have 12 yrs of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. I just got recently licensed and I am so excited to help my community and support any one in need in navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and mild depression.

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful goals.

My approach to therapy

work with clients in a warm, supportive, and collaborative way. Therapy should feel like a safe place where you can share your thoughts and experiences without judgment. Together, we will identify your goals and find practical strategies that fit your needs and daily life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will take time to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and learn about your goals and what you would like to work on. We will discuss your current concerns, strengths, and experiences in a comfortable, judgment-free environment.
