Great to meet you!

Whatever brings you here, welcome! I grew up knowing I wanted to be a therapist and have been in practice for the last eleven years. I see Spanish and English speaking adults, teens, and children needing support with mental health concerns through a holistic, solution oriented, empowering approach. I have a Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (minored in Studio Art!). I also offer affordable Clinical Supervision for LPC-Associates! In my opinion, if every person on Earth had a therapist, we'd live in a better world! Connecting with a collaborating with a source of unbiased support can be life-changing, today is a great day to start.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy begins with validating the dignity that you are born with. Through CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, IFS and other evidence-based practices, the goal is to focus on your needs and partnering to find what works best for you, in the language you feel most comfortable in.

What you can expect from me

Learning about you, your history, symptoms and defining presenting problems are where we will ideally begin before setting short term and long term goals to help guide our time together. Please expect collaboration and the promotion of your well-being.
