Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a background as an educator and behavior‐modification specialist. My work is grounded in practical, solution‐focused strategies that help families move from feeling stuck to making meaningful, sustainable change.

I specialize in parent training, coaching, and supporting families navigating ADHD, anxiety, and challenging behaviors. I’m inquisitive by nature — I ask targeted questions to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and I use that insight to guide clear, direct interventions that create real progress.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is practical, structured, and focused on creating meaningful change. As both an LMFT and BCBA with a background in education and behavior modification, I blend systemic therapy with evidence‐based behavioral strategies to help families understand patterns, build effective routines, and reduce stress at home.

I’m solution‐oriented and direct — I don’t just explore what’s happening, I help you identify what needs to shift and how to implement those changes in real time. I’m also inquisitive, asking targeted questions to get to the root of the issue so we can move quickly toward clarity and progress.

In every session, I focus on what’s working, what’s not, and what we can adjust right now to help you move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to understand what’s happening, what you want to change, and what’s getting in the way. I take a direct, solution‐focused approach, so we won’t spend the entire time reviewing history — instead, I ask targeted, inquisitive questions that help us quickly identify patterns, strengths, and the specific challenges you’re facing.
