Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping individuals and couples become “unstuck”. Many of my clients feel unfulfilled. Sometimes, this is the result of a traumatic experience. I am particularly interested in working with WOC as I recognize the unique life experience that comes with such an identity. I provide a compassionate, space for my clients talk about their feelings and heal.

I earned my Master’s degree from Long Island University Brooklyn and am enrolled in a PhD program for Mind Body Medicine.

My approach to therapy

My approach to working with couples comes from The Gottman Method, a modality that focuses on bond-building and empathy. This is especially helpful in times of conflict or during major relationship transitions. I help couples and individuals identify and address the roadblocks that keep them from feeling joyful, fulfilled, or connected. I also bring mindfulness practices into sessions, which boosts self-awareness and is a useful tool for cultivating grounded awareness and introspection.

What you can expect from me

Together we'll identify the tools and practices so you can the life you've been dreaming of.. You are not alone in your struggles. I’ve helped individuals and couples facing anxiety, trauma and disconnection from life to experience transformations they didn’t think were possible.

My approach is to help you identify what isn’t working in your life and then create a healing program specifically tailored to your desires, needs, and dreams. Contact me now to begin your journey!
