Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward healing isn’t always easy, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to begin exploring therapy. Reaching out for support is a meaningful step, and you don’t have to navigate this process alone. I’m here to help you gain new perspectives, develop healthier coping skills, and work through life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

My goal is to create a safe, open, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and supported. Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you, build on your strengths, and take intentional steps toward the changes you want to see in your life.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and strengths-based approach, tailoring our work to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a true partnership, where your voice and perspective guide the process.

Using person-centered therapy, solution-focused techniques, and cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies, I help you challenge unhelpful thought patterns, build self-awareness, and develop practical strategies that support your well-being. Together, we’ll focus on strengthening your coping skills, increasing emotional resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting changes that align with the life you want to build.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about creating a comfortable and welcoming space where you feel safe to share what brings you to therapy. We’ll take time to get to know each other, discuss what led you here, explore any challenges you’ve been facing, and talk through what you hope to gain from our work together.

There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for, and you’re always encouraged to move at a pace that feels right for you. You’re also welcome to ask any questions about the process, so you can feel informed and supported as we begin building a foundation for our work together.
