Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps adults navigate life transitions. I offer a warm and supportive space where clients can slow down, process their experiences, and feel supported while managing life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and grounded in family systems therapy. I help clients explore how family dynamics, generational patterns, and past experiences may be influencing their current thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Together, we work to understand and change unhealthy patterns so clients can create healthier and more fulfilling lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will start building trust and connection while exploring what is bringing you to therapy, your current challenges, and the goals you want to achieve. My hope is that you leave the session with more clarity about your challenges and realistic goals for your growth and healing.
