I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializes in working with individuals struggling with psychiatric mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. I have a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, graduated from University of San Diego where I received my dual specialty in Family and Adult-Gerontology. I received my post doctorate certification in Psychiatry Mental Health from University of Massachusetts (UMass) Global.

A bit about my approach to therapy

CBT is proven effective in dealing with various problems such as anxiety, depression, and many other mental health issues. By using CBT, it assesses with present behaviors and thought patterns, which will help navigate your emotions and help control your thinking.

In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you’re facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions and talk about coping tools to help you manage your challenges.
