Hello! My name is Ana and welcome to my private practice, Feeling is Healing, LCC. Making that first step in looking for a therapist is a huge step towards getting the support you deserve. I am a bilingual, English and Spanish, speaking clinician with over 12 years of clinical experience seeing children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
For many, therapy can be a very new experience and it can bring many different feelings. My approach is to meet you where you are at by ensuring you feel listened, validated, respected, and not judged.
During the first session, I always start with introducing myself and then allowing you to share a little bit of what brings you to therapy. We will work together to identify the goals that you would like to achieve in therapy. I will ensure to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you will be heard and valued. Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal will be to help you gain deeper self awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and foster personal growth. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions, our sessions will be a team effort and tailored to your needs.
