Great to meet you!

Grief comes in many forms - loss of life, loss of relationship, and even loss of hope. It can be so difficult to organize thoughts when emotions and life stressors are overwhelming. My goal is to offer a comforting space to process emotions and help restructure a framework for healthy coping in your daily life.

I have experience primarily working with clients in adjustment periods including relationship stressors, medical crisis, end of life, loss, and trauma.

We all need someone to walk with in the difficult seasons of life and I'm honored to offer that.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use a trauma informed CBT and solutions focused approach.

What you can expect from me

My goal for our first session is to simply build rapport, understand what brought you to therapy, and what your goals and expectations are. Together we will navigate next steps based on what is a priority for you.
