Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Ana Rosell and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Florida International University and am currently pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, with research focusing on the long-term effects of unresolved trauma from adverse childhood experiences. I offer initial psychiatric evaluations, medication management (for DEA controlled and non-controlled substances), and psychotherapy when appropriate. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, and PTSD. I work with children (6+), adolescents, adults, and older adults (65+), tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs and experiences.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a holistic, person-centered approach to care, recognizing that mental health is influenced by a combination of life experiences, environment, and biology. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. Using evidence-based treatments, I collaborate with each individual to develop a plan that fosters personal growth, symptom management, and overall well-being.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a compassionate and affirming environment where their concerns are validated, and their goals are prioritized. My focus is on helping individuals build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and gain the confidence to navigate life’s challenges. Whether working through anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, or PTSD, my goal is to empower clients with the tools and insights needed to achieve long-term emotional well-being.
