Great to meet you!

If you're an adult navigating anxiety, depression, or relationship stress — and maybe feeling like

no one quite understands where you're coming from — you're in the right place. I've been

practicing for 15 years across community and clinical settings, working with adults and older

adults on mood, relationships, and the weight of everyday life. I'm bilingual in English and

Spanish, and having lived abroad myself, I genuinely enjoy working with people from a wide

range of cultural backgrounds. You don't have to explain your world to me — I'm here to

understand it.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I draw on evidence-based methods —

including CBT, Internal Family Systems, and somatic approaches — but I'm less focused on any

single model and more focused on what actually helps you move forward. We'll work together to

understand patterns, challenge what's not serving you, and build on what is. You'll never feel

like a checklist. Sessions are a conversation, and I'll follow your lead.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for you to share what's on your mind — at whatever pace feels

right. I'll ask questions to understand your history and what you're hoping to get out of therapy,

and we'll start to map out a direction together. You don't need to have everything figured out

before we start. Many clients feel nervous walking in. That's normal, and it doesn't last long.
