Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Ana!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families.

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know the people I work with. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel comfortable enough to be yourself, so I bring authenticity, warmth, and humor into sessions whenever it feels natural.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life's challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I take a client-centered and humanistic approach to therapy, believing that each person is the expert on their own life. My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, and I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, and family systems concepts to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, develop healthier coping skills, improve communication, and build confidence in themselves and their relationships.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I'll take time to learn about what brings you to therapy, your personal history, your strengths, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we'll identify your goals and begin creating a plan that feels manageable and personalized. My priority is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable moving at your own pace.
