Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, down or simply not like yourself? Life's challenges can feel heavy, but you don't have to face them alone. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who helps individual, couples, and families navigate grief, trauma, anxiety, depression and major life transitions. Together, we'll create a personalized plan to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing on the strengths of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused techniques, and other evidence-based modalities. This flexibility allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals. Whether you are navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, or depression, our focus will be on reducing distressing symptoms and supporting your overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

My communication style helps create a calm, relaxed, and welcoming environment where clients feel safe, heard, and supported. I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is key to meaningful progress, and I strive to foster a space where you can be your authentic self without judgment.

In our first session, I will introduce myself and share a brief overview of my experience, provide space to answer any questions you may have and invite you to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve through our work together.
