Great to meet you!

Please see my reviews on Google and Healthgrades.com

If you're feeling anxious, stuck or just emotionally exhausted - you're not alone. Life gets overwhelming, but with the right support, it can get easier. I work with adults who want to feel more at peace and more connected and present. My style is warm, thoughtful, and down-to-earth. I blend mindfulness, self-compassion and body-based techniques with practical tools to help you manage stress and feel more like yourself again. I'm here to walk with you, one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in mindfulness, self-compassion, and other evidence-based techniques such as ACT and DBT. I also incorporate somatic, mind-body practices to help you develop greater awareness of how emotions show up in the body and to promote deeper emotional regulation and healing. I view therapy as a collaborative process. I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain clarity, and develop tools to manage stress and anxiety in ways that feel empowering and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave our sessions with a greater sense of calm, clarity, and connection to themselves. You can expect to build practical tools for managing anxiety and stress, while also developing a kinder, more understanding relationship with your thoughts and emotions. Over time, you may notice you're more present in daily life, more emotionally resilient, and more able to respond- rather than react- to the challenges around you.
