A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy focuses on creating a warm, nurturing, and dynamic environment. In here, we will work together to unlock your internal power and potential so you can overcome current problems. Fundamentally, I believe in a strength-based and solution focus approach that empowers, supports, and helps guide you through this process, as well as giving you an extra push/challenge when it's need, in order to continue fostering your healing. I look forward to helping you along this journey!
