Great to meet you!

I have 10+ years experience in the Mental Health field. My experience ranges from young adults, couples and at-risk populations. I have experience treating anxiety, depression and trauma utilizing several therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, motivational interviewing and cognitive processing therapy.

My approach to therapy

Starting therapy is very difficult, and it is a very vulnerable step into improving your life. It is also the most powerful choice you can make to start healing and self-growth. Practicing being vulnerable with yourself as you start your therapy journey is the most rewarding way to gain the control and self-awareness needed to make changes in your life

What you can expect from me

We often feel prisoners to our own thoughts and take them as the truth. I teach clients skills to be able to increase self-awareness and manage any life stressors. I believe everyone has the ability to live a life full of joy and happiness, and I would be honored to be able to assist clients in finding what makes them happy. I will challenge you throughout our treatment together in hopes that I enhance your self-empowerment skills.
