Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I provide therapy in a supportive, down to earth, and collaborative way. I earned my degree from the University of Southern California, and I currently work in a Federally Qualified Health Center, where I support individuals and families who may be facing barriers to accessing care. I also served in the United States Air Force, which has shaped my perspective, and understanding of resilience and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and relationship challenges, and I aim to create a space where you can feel heard without judgment. In our work together, I use practical, evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with other tools. to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I often incorporate skills you can use in real life, such as grounding techniques, journaling and structured exercises, to help you feel more in control and supported between sessions.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy should be personalized. We'll work together to identify your goals, build on your strengths, and move at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you're dealing with something specific or just feeling stuck, I'm here to help you make sense of what you're going through and support you in creating meaningful change.
