Great to meet you!

Hello. I am so pleased you are here. I provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples for anxiety, depression, grief and loss and relationship issues. I am a compassionate listener with over 30 years of experience in the social work field. I have lived, worked and been educated in 3 countries. I believe this has broadened my perspective and enabled me to be opened minded to different perspectives, which is essential to being a competent psychotherapist.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach begins with the perspective that 'we do what we know and when we know better we do better'. When we develop self awareness and the skills to cope and build resilience then we will be in better position to be our best selves and to understand others in our life. I provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution focused, Interpersonal, Mindfulness, and Gottman Method.

What you can expect from our first session

From our first session you will be able to see if there is a good therapeutic connection. And you will walk away with at least one tool to help you manage anxiety, depression, mood disorder, and/or relationship issues.
