Great to meet you!

If trauma is still running your life, OCD has you trapped in cycles you can't break, or depression has left you feeling numb, stuck, and disconnected from the life you used to want—I want you to know: this can change, and you don't have to face it alone.

My path to this work started with my own mental health journey. I know what it feels like to struggle from the inside—and I know how life-changing the right support can be. That's exactly why I bring deep empathy, zero judgment, and evidence-based tools designed to create real, lasting change—not just coping, but building a life that feels like yours again.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, integrative approach—drawing from EMDR, ERP, CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS, and mindfulness-based practices. Rather than a one-size-fits-all formula, I tailor therapy to fit you as a whole person. Whether we're processing trauma, breaking free from OCD, anxiety, or depression cycles, or helping you reconnect with the life you want to live, my goal is to create a safe space where you feel seen, and supported every step of the way.

You don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out. All you need is a willingness to begin. As Rumi said, "The wound is the place where the light enters you." If something here resonated, let's start where you are. I'd be honored to walk that path with you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and I’ll ask about your current concerns, background, and goals, while also giving you space to share at your own pace. Most importantly, the first session is about creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable moving forward.

You don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out. All you need is a willingness to begin. I'd be honored to walk that path with you.
