A bit about my approach to therapy

Much of my work aims to understand the underlying concerns that are causing stressful situations and maladaptive behaviors. Through active listening, empathy, and from a non-judgmental standpoint, my objective is for us to create trust within the therapeutic relationship and to work together; recognizing triggers and stressors that impact current decisions and relationships. Creating positive coping skills to assist you on your journey to healing.

What you can expect from our first session

My counseling style and approach really depends on the client and what best fits the situation. I will be listening to your needs and how to best support you.

I offer services in English and in Spanish. My desire is to help each person make big changes by doing small things. I am here to support and empower you. Thank you for visiting my Headway Profile. I look forward to working with you soon!
