I started my journey as a counselor doing my internship at the a local rape crisis center and there I developed a passion for helping people through recent and childhood traumas. Through my years of experience and training I have worked with many on trauma, women’s issues, depression, anxiety and self love.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I tailor my approach to your specific needs. Some things we might do in therapy are EMDR, developing coping strategies, identifying triggers, exploring feelings, mindfulness, assertiveness training, reframing and making sense of life, working on interpersonal skills, etc.
