I'm so happy you're here! I offer individual sessions for ages 18+ with openings on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I whole-heartedly believe that you are worthy of peace and healing. My goal is to listen to you, begin unravelling the layers of your story & identifying patterns that may be holding you back. I aim to empower you to create the positive changes you seek in your own life and cultivate new perspectives and boundaries along the way.
Most of my work has focused around family and relational trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression, as well as grief and loss. I utilize an eclectic approach in sessions, but I can assure you that the forefront of my practice is a non judgemental, compassionate, trauma informed space where you feel safe and supported.
There is truly no greater privilege than witnessing courage and resilience on a daily basis. Taking this step is an act of self-love and an act of self-care.
